Out with the old in with the new

I'm sure everyone is aware that the new year is right around the corner. So, today we are talking what to lose and what to keep for the new year. I personally find it helpful to make a list but even just a mental picture will do. Things you should think about losing are people who bring you down, habits that aren't beneficial, and all negativity. Things you're going to want to keep will obviously be prominent because they are the things that make you happy, complete your life, and benefit your health. This is good to do before making New Years resolutions. Leading up to the new year we will be talking about things to help you start the new year. So before my next post get your out and in lists ready and get excited for the new year!
